Is there a Wi-Fi network available?
Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge and available in all rooms and common areas.
Is there a lift?
No, we’re sorry, but the hotel does not have a lift. Some of our rooms are on the ground floor and step-free.
Are pets allowed?
Please send us a request before you place your booking. We will evaluate the situation according to your pet’s size. An additional fee will be charged.
Does the Relais La Dolce Vite have a breakfast service?
From April to October, breakfast is served upon request.
Do the rooms have a minibar?
The rooms have a minibar; the apartments have a full refrigerator.
Is there a restaurant at the relais?
We do not have a restaurant. But there are countless restaurants of all types, including “osterie” and wine bars, in downtown Conegliano and on the hills.
Is there a car park?
Yes, our car park is free of charge and requires no reservation.

From April to November.
Is there a reception service available?
No. But we’ll be happy to welcome you during the regular check-in time, between 14:00 and 19:00. In any case, we are always available via phone or WhatsApp for any question you may have.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 19:00. To enter the relais, you can also use our self check-in service, using the link we’ll send you via e-mail or WhatsApp.
What time is check-out?
Your room needs to be vacated by 11:00.
Can I arrive at the hotel before the scheduled check-in time?
Yes, but please let us know on the day before your arrival. You will be able to leave your luggage in the storage area free of charge until the scheduled check-in time.
Do you have a shuttle service that will take me from the airport/station to your hotel?
We don’t have a private shuttle service. We can give you the number of a private chauffeur, or you can take a taxi.
How do I enter the hotel? Will someone be there to welcome me?
A couple of days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive an e-mail with the link to register as a guest and to open the main gate to the hotel and for your apartment/room. The code will be active from 14:00 on the day of check-in to 11:00 on the day of check-out. During your stay, you will therefore be able to enter the hotel freely even outside our staff’s service hours. We ask that you please advise us, in any case, of your estimated time of arrival so that our staff can be present to welcome you upon your arrival, during the standard check-in time (14:00 - 19:00).
Can I leave my luggage in the storage area after check-out?
Certainly. We offer all our guests a free luggage storage service after check-out. Luggage must be collected at the time agreed upon at the time of departure.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
All rooms and apartments have autonomous A/C units, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar or fridge, safe, courtesy toiletry sets, slippers, and bathrobes.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
We apologize, but we do not have any rooms with a bathtub.
Are cots available?
Yes, cots for children up to 3 years of age are available free of charge and upon request.
Do you have rooms accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, our hotel is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities.
Do you have rooms for smokers?
No, there are no rooms available for smokers. You are allowed to smoke outside the house and in the garden.
Why did I book a refundable room but have been charged the cost of the stay?
If the booking is refundable, we do not charge anything: we just pre-authorise the booking amount. In case of cancellation within the allowed deadline, the pre-authorisation will be cancelled.
What are your cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policies are described in the booking confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi) and POS, as well as cash and advance bank transfers.
What happens if I cancel my booking after the allowed deadline?
In this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
If I pay for my stay once I am at the hotel, why do I have to enter my credit card details when booking?
During the booking phase, we always ask for a pre-authorisation to your credit card, credit card number and date of expiry, as a guarantee (the amount due is “frozen”). The only purpose of this pre-authorisation is to guarantee the reservation. Nothing will be charged until you leave, except in case of no-show (the guest never shows up) or early check-out. In case there are errors, missing or invalid information, we will not consider the booking valid.
As a confirmation, what kind of deposit do you ask for?
We do not request a deposit, only a credit card to ensure your reservation. Alternatively, in order to confirm the booking, we will request advance payment of the entire amount, to be paid by bank transfer.
What is the amount of the tourist tax?
For the moment, the town of San Vendemiano does not charge a tourist tax.
